Annual Members Meeting
Kawartha Lakes Soccer Club AMM - February 26, 2026
Our next Annual Members Meeting will be held on Thursday February 26, 2026 at 7 pm at the Days Inn in Lindsay, 134 Angeline Street South.
*members that are unable to attend may assign a proxy to vote on their behalf by completing the Proxy Form posted below
The following executive positions will be up for election:
Vice President, Secretary, Women's Outdoor League Convenor, Adult Mixed Indoor League Convenor, Youth Chair, FUNdamentals League Convenor, Development League Convenor, Competitive League Convenor, Equipment Manager, Field Assignor & Directors-At-Large.
General Information
The KLSC usually holds our AMM between January-March of each year. This allows enough time for the books to be wrapped up by our treasurer and reviewed by our accountant after our financial year-end on September 30.
At the meeting, club directors present their year end reports, members have an opportunity to discuss any concerns, amendments to our bylaw are voted on, and elections are held for available executive positions. If you are considering running for an executive position, please review the Director Liability Information posted on this page.
All members (players/parents/coaches/managers/etc...) are welcome and encouraged to attend our AMM. Adult league teams and Inferno teams are expected to send at least one representative. If you are unable to attend, you may use a KLSC Proxy Form to designate someone to vote on your behalf.
